Swivel Arm Guardian is the third boss from Robo Aleste.

This boss appears as a large brown floating mecha with large arms. At first it will constantly rotate its arms around while shooting bullets at the player. Once the arms are destroyed it will shoot a fireball spread from the two engines on its back, which only become vulnerable when shooting. Once the engines are destroyed the boss will use a sweeping laser.
