Kaminari-Oh is the fifth boss from Robo Aleste.

Kaminari-Oh appears as a flying green mecha. It will first alternate between three attacks: shooting various cutters from its hands, descending close to the player then shooting electric beams to the sides and shooting a barrage of homing missiles. Once it takes enough damage it will begin moving more erratically, alternating between shooting electric beams to the front and shooting the homing missiles.
