Mu Plants (ミュー・プラント) are bosses from the original Aleste, appearing twice in the fourth stage and once in the final stage, as well as appearing thrice in the first stage on the MSX version.

Mu Plants are large mutated plants which have grown into a gigantic size and took over buildings. They act much like the Ground Bases, appearing together in numbers and attacking by constantly shooting both destructible and indestructible bullets at the player.
